Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Timepiece
Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, including all protective films, tags, manuals, and warranty cards to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the exterior of the shipping box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
